The first is more important - apparently the fathers and brothers at St. Herman's in northern California had to evacuate yesterday or today due to the approach of a wildfire. Weddings are such joys! I just got back from Cam and Wedny's wedding over in Holland. The wedding was average as Protestant weddings go (I can't speak for Roman Catholic weddings - perhaps they're no different now in these days when everyone is their own pope?), but the reception was elegant and lovely, a good expression of who they are.
